Delivery Policy:
Delivery will be made by Australia Post Ordinary Parcel Service. We attempt to ship products as soon as
possible after receipt of the order, however cannot guarantee the delivery date. To the extent permitted
by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses
arising out of late delivery. Please be careful when opening the product and avoid the use of sharp
instruments. We will not be responsible for items damaged in transit or by mishandling.
Cancelling or Changing an Order:
You have the right to cancel your order and have your money refunded at any time up to the time of
shipping. An order cannot be cancelled after the time of shipping. In that case please refer to our
returns policy. We may cancel your order and refund any payment if the product is not available. We
will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order. If stock is unavailable we may offer you an
alternative product as close as possible to your original request. You will be required to resubmit
your order. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay
for the product. If you wish to change your order after submitting, please contact our customer

Prices are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars. Overseas customers must contact our customer
